KaiserWAVE:

Nah, no harm done. You can do whatever covers you like in whatever design you like. The thing is just that Shenske put a lot of effort into this template and because it's such a great design it quickly became the favourite template for SNES games. Kinda like the official TCP SNES template. A lot of people, including myself, use this template for their whole collection. To make it look uniform.

So you see, it leaves a bitter taste if you use his template, change the colors a bit and create covers for it. I'm sure you just wanted to give people an alternative and in no way meant to present it as your new template. So don't worry. It's all good :)

Oh, haha. I'm actually not mad, i meant to hit the " ;D " not the "  >:( " face (they are right next to each other).  KaiserWAVE is correct to say that you can make covers however you like.  Its just my request that if you use my template and you want the cover hosted on the site that you do not change the template and use the guidelines in the readme. I didn't intend to sound like a jerk but it definitely seemed that way.  :)

I figured the only purpose of his template was to case "Super Classic Serie" games... like a PAL greatest hits thing I guess?

Seems like it'd blend in with your own template fine, shenske, assuming one wanted to keep uniformity but wanted those games to stand out on a shelf.

My main concern is that the four colored snes logo moved.  That should always be in the top corner regardless of "other logo" placement (ie: Super Classic Series Logo). 1 change leads to another ... leads to another ... which leads to another. I just really don't want things to be changed in the template for the site's covers.
