djshok:

One of my favourite games, finally I got a scanner to scan the manual and make a cover for it.

SonicAdvDX:

Hey guys! I'm new here, but I've been using your covers for a long time now. :P I'm trying to complete my shelf for all my SNES games, and I only like to use this style of custom cover. :] Kudos to whoever came up with that originally.

Well, in looking to complete my shelf, I noticed that there was no custom cover (Actually, there wasn't even a US cover at all!) for one of my favorite games of all time, Super Smash TV! So, I took it upon myself to create my own from the scans on this site.

I know it's not the best, and it doesn't have the usual SNES grey logo-thingy beneath the description on the back, but the spine was what was truly important to me. :] How it looks on a shelf was really the only reason I made it.

Hope you guys use it! :P

Arseen:

Nice first attempt for cover, but:

1. Add that gray bars to the back.
2. Resize to 300 dpi, at the moment the cover shows up 72 dpi @ size of bed sheet. If printed resized to 24% probably comes out fine, so no that of a biggie.
3. Maybe loose the dudes on spine, as other covers don't have images on spine, although spine might look empty without them , so don't know.

Number 1 is the most important thing to do.

I will probably use this cover even without the changes, but still would prefer the gray bars.

SonicAdvDX:

Okay, first off, I would LOVE to put the gray bars behind the back. If you could you provide me a PNG (or a vector graphic) of the bars big enough to fit the back, I would be more than happy to include it and upload it again.

Also, how do you resize to 300dpi? I didn't intentionally change anything, all I did was take another custom cover, make it into a blank template, and put my stuff on it.

After I implement all of your ideas, in the next version I make, I'll see what it looks like without the guys on the spine. The logo is more squared than most game title logos, and the guys were on the original spine, so I figured I'd include them, but I'll take your idea into consideration and possibly make an entirely separate version without them on the spine.

EDIT: Just kidding, I figured out how to change the dpi. But, everything else, I still need help with. :]
RE-EDIT: BOY DON'T I FEEL STUPID!!! I ignored the "Guide" section, telling myself that I knew how to use Photoshop, and COMPLETELY missed the template forum. Boy, is my face red. A re-vamped version will be coming soon!!

SonicAdvDX:

Sorry to post twice, but I took Arseen's advice, and with the help of the wonderful template that this site provides, I bring to you my new and improved Super Smash TV covers! (One with guys on the spine, one without guys on the spine. Your choice!)

Box with guys:

Box without guys:

Hope you guys enjoy! Criticism is welcome. This was my first time making one of these, and I did it without the template, so any future releases from me are sure to be A+ works from here on out! :D
