Anybody willing to take a stab at a horizontal International Superstar Soccer?  Already a Pal version on the site, I'd imagine you could use a Black Konami horizontal case like Dracula X to start with, expand the image from the pal version for the front and spine.  Use the Pal pictures on the back, and the back scan from Nintendoage for the words.

As per request in the appropriate forum (which is by the way the "request forum" not here):

Breath of Fire 2 - 99% retail NTSC

A true classic! I absolutely loved this game back in the days.

Looks very nice Jonesat.

Just watch out because in the legal text there is still written Game by Nintendo and the Game was developed by Fupac.

I still say remove the "Only for Nintendo" as only games actually released by Nintendo had that. But thats just me. You should make a horizontal too for anyone that might need it.

Horizontal would be nice yes!

"Only for" is not really a matter on a custom cover but on the horizontal if it is retail it shouldn't be present.

My next one in the pipeline will be Lufia 2 - retail - US. I worked on the front alone the last three hours and still have to clean it more. Oh well it's fun kind of. ;)

Yeah you are free to do what you like since it is a custom cover. Its just my opinion. I like to stick with the traditional horizontal but even if I did go vertical I think I would still want my covers to be a close as possible to the original so I would only use the "Only For" on actual Nintendo releases or els you'd might as well throw it on all of your vertical covers for games that were only released for the SNES for the sake of consistency.

Anyway, since my Hook cover got approved (nice colour improvement btw tiktektak? :P) I decided to put together a vertical cover too. It bugs me when someone only makes one or the other even tho I only use horizontal. Might as well make both while your at it.

Hope shes good.

yes yes i know this was published by Tradewest but it was developed by Rare so i gave them the credit on the spine.  Also i kept the "only for" for this game because at the time of its release it was only for the SNES. The maser system version was only released in Brazil and was crap so i'm not even going to count that one  ;)

I never understood why people always tend to put the ESRB ratings on games when in 1993 when this game was published there wasn't even an ESRB.

Actually when I approve some covers which have an ESRB on it but are from before the ESRB was founded I remove it. ;)

The way I judge that is if the game has been resubmitted to the ESRB because of the Virtual Console or other outlets. If the game has an official rating thanks to this, there's no problem with a new custom cover using it.

Id have to say Im the same way. Kinda falls into the same category of the "Only For". If it wasnt present on the original then I wouldnt put it on a vertical conversion. But again its all about preference.
