here you go, This is just one side thou, I don't have a scan of the other. Bullet Witch had a reversible cover, The other side was blue instead of red & yellow, also the back had 4 pictures of her instead of the info on the game. http://www.medaverse.com/cap/covers/Bullet_Witch_360.jpg |
