IMANDIX Cover is a tool for DVD coverdesigners to display or present their covers. After loading the cover bitmap, the program generates a 3D preview of the cover with just one click, which can be saved as .jpg or other popular formats.

Yep .... load a N64 cover in and it sizes it as a 3 DVD case. Looks nice too. I've used it on a couple of covers in the N64 forum.
