There is no method.  It no longer exists.

You can access an archived version of the old raws section via the wayback machine:

Though I don't think, you will find that much new stuff on there.
Even long before it was shut down, most people had already started to upload their scans to a third party hoster (MediaFire, Dropbox, etc.) instead and posted the links on the forums.

So you can find a lot of covers / raw scans here on the forums, that are not on the main site.

We nowadays share raws on the boards using Mediafire or Box or other file sharing site.
We try to name the raws such a way that they can be found with forum search.
There are also topics that combine raw scans of spesific console.
