I just posted a request for a couple of other games I own, but I'm also a gamefly subscriber, and just thought how nice it would be if I had a cover for whatever gamefly game I have out at the time. If anyone could make a generic Gamefly cover, it would be awesome. I rent for all 3 current platforms, so I'd probably just use one generic not specifying which platform, but it would be cool to see individual ones for the different systems they rent for. Any questions, just reply here and I'll get back to you

Seems like an oddly lot of effort for stuff you're renting.   :P

yeah, but this is the home of the random.... We even have a project for wiiware covers... thats something that isnt even a physical game on ones shelf.

I think the issue with this request is going to be what images would one use?

woah, two shaggies. I could see why you'd use an extra case to house gamefly games, but why not just get a clear dvd case so you don't need a cover AND can see what the game actually is.

That's what I was thinking when I read the request.

Given the fact that we have Netflix PS3 covers, in addition to covers such as WiiWare (as already mentioned above) I don't really see this as an odd request. Fairly simple actually, since OP mentioned that he had no need for it to be platform specific in branding.

If Gamefly is the same as Netflix all they send you is the disc in a small envelope, so putting them in an empty dvd case would probably make it easier to keep track of.

Given the fact that we have Netflix PS3 covers, in addition to covers such as WiiWare (as already mentioned above) I don't really see this as an odd request.

the purpose of the netlix ps3 cover is to house an actual disc that is required to be put in the ps3 to access the instant streamed movies. The cover is not for movies or anything that have been rented from netflix. Just for clarity the request actually is quite different.

Personally I don't see this as something we would host. There would be no proper section to place it in and we would have to allow covers for every game renting company (blockbuster, Hollywood video, showtime, gamefly, etc.). It just wouldn't really make a whole lot of sense to me.

I don't want to sound discouraging or anything an in fact I hope someone does fill this request. I just though I might let you guys know my opinion on the the subject :)

well my reason for wanting one for gamefly was exactly as another poster said, it comes in a very flimsy envelope and I'm always worried that I'll ruin the game, and be charged for something that I did on accident. I could, yes, just use a clear dvd case, but I'd like to have something that doesn't stand out in that way on my game rack. I personally could use one for the 360 more than anything else, but don't care if it's platform specific because I felt that other gamefly subscribers would feel the same way about using one that I did. Well, anyways, if anyone should like to create one, I'd appreciate it very much, seeing as I don't have the ability, skills, or knowledge....oh, and by the way, as far as what images to use and layout...well, that's entirely up to the creator, it doesn't matter to me

as far as where to put it, there's no reason that it can't be duplicated and put into each of the sections that gamefly rents
