Hello...

Pffffff..... I just managed to upload my first cover(only the front as a raw download)... I scanned it with 300dpi and worked on it in photoshop for some hours.... Nice program... Has many functions.... I've got a looooooooooooooooooooooot to learn I suppose...  8)
So I thought I upload the first part(front as mentioned) before I start working on the others... Just to get some feedback if that's good enough for the project or if I have to clean it more and kill the lasting crawling dots(or how you call it)... I worked without filters.... I don't know how *g* and I don't like such tampering either... Hope it's good enough...  ;)
Another question... When I wanted to resize the picture to the right measures to fit the universal media cases I saw that the resolution was just 2103 x 1461 to begin with... now I'm not sure... should I resize the width to 2100 and the height to 1536 which means I bulge the width and stretch the height.... Hmmmmm. Now that I think about it.... Should be right, right?

Regards Sebastian

EDIT: I uploaded the Front again in the right resolution... It's a little altered in the A/R now is that bad?

The dimensions we use for the universal cases for N64 covers are as follows:
In pixels @ 300 dpi:

Front, Back:
1536 wide, 2100 tall

Spine:
294 wide, 2100 tall

Completed cover:
3366 wide, 2100 tall

BTW wshbrngr ..... those new N64 covers you uploaded are nice ... very nice indeedy.

The only niggle was Battletanx where the front is slightly out of synch with the spine/rear but I sorted it out on my copy no worries at all.
To the average user they probably wont even notice .... but you know me .... picky bugger you're thinking right about now eh?   ;D

That's 3 less I need to worry about too .... which is great from my perspective [ and pocket too ]

Thanks, those were the 3 'spensive ones I told you about. BattleTank was in the worst shape, stickers, cracks, creases... however, I am not sure what you found wrong, I just downloaded it and am not sure what you mean by out of synch? (I want to fix it)

Look at front cover. You'll see that there is a white gap at the bottom while the gap is on the top of the rear/spine. Or vice versa.

So I just realigned my copy .... simple as

UPDATE:  I think it was actually the Bomberman cover. Sorry for the bum steer ..... I knew it was one or the other.

Yep .... redownloaded it ..... it's Bomberman ..... not that it's a big deal honestly.....

Hey just wanted to let everyone know that it'S Super Double Dragon(NTSC) I'm currently working on. I just have to tell this everyone because I need much time to refurbish it. I'm not really what one would call fast and experienced in this kind of thing.
Now I'm kind of frightened that someone will post it before me and my hours and hours of repairing will be  for nothing!
So please anyone reading this and planing to upload Super Double Dragon. Please do not do it.... I'll manage it sooner or later....  ;D

Select 'File'

Select 'Photomerge'

then browse to find the three parts you want to join and select them, the program will try to join them for you, but will probably be unsucessful.

You can arrange them in the window where you want them,  drag/drop - zoom in/out  -- once completed, click OK

A new image will be created (a .psd image)
If you are not happy with the results, you may cancel and restart the process.

I do not save the .psd image, just 'save as .jpg)
