I was thinking of scanning my PS1 cover and instruction manual doing some editing and creating a DVD cover. This would cause some weird stretching though. What is the best way to handle this? |
| dejimus:
your best bet for the back is to either rearrange the text and screen shots to fit the longer box, or but a border over around the original back art to make up for the empty space, for the front its probably easiest to just find different artwork |

Here is my first attempt: http://cid-dba19cbd6570e120.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/.Public/DarkStalkers3%20PS2.jpg. I'm not sure what do with the spine. |

Almost all of the DVD covers you see were created from scratch, the with original fronts/backs used mainly as reference, with actual art lifted from them sparingly if at all. The approach you're taking is not at all what we do on the site. |
