Request - Crystar - PS4 - NTSC - Retail

I recently ran across a US copy of Crystar on the PS4 but unfortunately all it had was its disc. I was wondering if anyone here had a copy and would be willing to upload a scan of the cover.

Finally tracked down a cover myself after a great deal of effort. If I ever get a scanner worth a damn I’ll try uploading it here. Until then I consider this request fulfilled.
