Tower of Doom uploaded as ABPA Backgammon for Intellivision.

http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?cover_id=18512

I added the title Tower of Doom to the Intellivision section. I figured out how to move the Tower of Doom cover from ABPA Backgammon and put it under Tower of Doom. Now the cover is under the correct title. Thank you for pointing this out, StratosVX.

Not that big secret especially when said topic is (or was) next on front page. ;)

JustinJG did not make the Super Double Dragon or Tecmo Super Bowl III covers that he uploaded. He made a request for them and uploaded the links I provided. Credit for those covers goes to:

I don't believe I did the Super Double Dragon either, only saved it from the boards and stored.

Region is set to US when a more fitting region would be Brazil or None. The Favoritos line was a line released in South America as their "Greatest Hits."

Ape Escape 3 Cover is Corrupt; Only loading the top 1/8 of the image
I second this request. Could someone restore the Ape Escape 3 cover, please?

EDIT: I found the cover in this post here: http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=1466.msg152261#msg152261

I attempted to upload it to the main site, so we'll see how that goes.

    • My Sega Genesis box art page
Hi! New to this site but this problem is something I've seen for years all over the place wherever replacement Sega Genesis cases are sold, and it makes me have to ask:

Back when this project was first starting, and the template was created all those years ago for the box art that went with the 1989 Sega Genesis games, did no one notice that the word "cartridge" was misspelled as "CARDTRIDGE" in big bold letters right there on the front cover? And then subsequently, did no one notice that every insert created for those games included that big, glaring, spelling mistake? Golden Axe, Last Battle, Mystic Defender, Space Harrier II, Super Hang-On, Super Thunder Blade, Ghouls 'n Ghosts, Forgotten Worlds, ZOOM... they all appear to suffer from The "Cardtridge" Curse.

I should be able to load them all up in GIMP and just paste the correct spelling over the incorrect one for each one. Want me to do that and then zip them up and provide a link?

That would be nice.
Thank you.

Okay here they are: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ui4YxpZJsCl5LBjKSxv4zLz6tZo94rzs/view?usp=sharing

I THINK I got all of them. There were eight that I could find. Also the "GENESIS" emblem on all of them except ZOOM was really low quality so I swapped it out with a much higher quality version of the same emblem.

Let me know if there are any issues, oddities, etc...!

Oh also, want me to upload a fixed version of that template with the spelling mistake fixed and the higher quality emblems? I don't imagine there's much use for it now since all of the applicable games have had their box art already made, but just thought I'd ask anyway. :)

The images you link to are the same size as the templates, but they are only 72 dpi.

Ah damn sorry, I forgot GIMP loves to reset things to 72 DPI.

Okay ran them through the batch processor to set them to 300 DPI and confirmed that's how they are being recognized now. Zip file has been modified at same location so you should be able to just re-download it.

Awesome, thank you! It's funny that the incorrect spelling has persisted this long. I've never noticed it.

Accidentally uploaded this cover as the US version when it’s the Canada version:

http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?cover_id=20425

Thank you for pointing out this mistake, megasnorlax. I changed the region from United States to Canada on your two covers for Farming Simulator: Nintendo Switch Edition.
