I think the Sudeki box art for the XBOX is too large. All the other ones I have downloaded are the exact right size for the game cases but this one comes up as extremely large.

Indeed that seems to be the case.
Try printing at 24% (or 23%) scale and the cover should print correctly if the dimension were correct apart from the DPI screw-up.

Have you guys tried changing the file extension?  I’ve found a number of concerns on the site in the past that just needed to be switch from JPEG to JPG or to PNG. Not sure how that sort of thing gets screwed up in the uploading process, but it definitely does on occasion.

Top Gear is corrupted, but the other versions is fine. Only difference is the spine which one can easily switch around to match the other.

Others are most likely typos while uploading leading to incorrect linking.

looks like they are not set to 300dpi.  Just open them up in a program like paint.net (free) and change the dpi to 300, save, and you are all set!
