I think the Sudeki box art for the XBOX is too large. All the other ones I have downloaded are the exact right size for the game cases but this one comes up as extremely large.

Indeed that seems to be the case.
Try printing at 24% (or 23%) scale and the cover should print correctly if the dimension were correct apart from the DPI screw-up.

The jpg that downloads from this page is corrupted. I tried it in several different image editors.
