X-Men Mutant Apocalypse also has the Capcom logo too close to the front side so you're unlikely to get the crease to go right between it at the front side when (especially considering the smaller UGCs).

CZroe:
Wow! I presumed that there were so many SNES covers missing that were available in the forums because of the strict standards. but N64 seems to prove me wrong. So many games have scanned stickers and the spine logos are all different sizes and shapes that it's not even worth pointing them all out (All Star Baseball 2001 is a good example: the logo is larger than typical even though the area behind it is smaller).
Other observations:
Fighting Force 64 has the wrong color behind the spin N64 logo.
NFL Blitz 2001 has an useless embellishment that makes it not fit with other covers (shadow over the spine logo).
Pokemon Stadium has a horribly distorted Venusaur on the side (someone literally just squished the larger box's art).
Turok 2 Seeds of Evil has two retail covers and neither prints the correct size. The one marker "proper" is even further off (way too large).
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 prints too small.

Thanks! Yeah, that's me. Been lurking here since everyone was crazy about GBA in NDS cases but only recently took the plunge. :) I see you've been very active here. Thanks for all the scans!

Those scans/covers are from long before the current quality standards were in place :-\
Blumpkin:
Looks like the file for Armored Core 2 (PS2) is a little jacked up. It always downloads with the bottom third of the image blurry.
