Point out mistakes to be fixed

Considering the rest of the cover is vertical, I'd doubt it, but as you said, who knows...

Harvest Moon (Game Boy Color) This cover needs to be created for a custom DS case cover.

The Back part, the bottom right, the text is too close to the edge of the cover, looks bad, lift it up a bit.

Pointing out mistakes for custom covers is almost a lost cause unless you directly contact the original designer. Don't waste your time here.
Also, there's no need to mention low res. covers on a "Point out mistakes to be fixed" list, we already know about it, we just need HQ scans and people willing to spare its time with the community.
Don't fight futile battles my friend :)
