Spelling mistake, Bottom half of the white writing description on the left. Powerful weapons, sinister spells and other usefu items. Useful is spelled wrong.

Also in red text at the top, "Meyhem" should be "Mayhem", near the bottom of the white text "him" is misspelled "hiom"

For the NES game "The Adventures of Rad Gravity", under the Activision logo it reads "This game pak cannot be used with the Mattel or NES versions of the Nintendo Entertainment system."

I believe the retail cover had the Activision logo more to the left and underneath "By Interplay."

Tried to DL NHL 94' for Sega Genesis and I get a raw scan of Mortal Kombat 3

This error still exists. I tried downloading it and I get an MK3 raw as well...

Really?! It's the same raw that was uploaded w/o cleaning up before, and it's 300 dpi. I figured if cleaned up by an admin, it'd be good to go. Seeing as how right now when you go to DL NHL '94 you get a MK raw instead, this would be preferred...

After seeing it, that cover needs nearly no cleaning.

I see if I can clean it, and hopefully then one of the Cover Admins does post it to the site then.
