But the Gyromitr cover is perfect. I have printed that out and nothing wrong with it.
I compared the Gyromite cover to other NES covers and it definitely looked washed out in comparison. The black in the cover looks more like a dark gray and the red in the "Nintendo" logo is a darker shade of red as opposed to bright red on the other covers.

Sorry to say but that's your print that is screwed.
I have used same paper brand and type (HP semi-gloss photopaper always) with same printer settings always.
I just checked and compared my print of the cover with other NES black serie covers and the color are same pure black with identical red tone of the Nintendo logo.

Actually I haven't printed it out, I was just comparing the actual images. I'm comparing it right now with another "black box" cover and the colors are definitely off.

That's yer problam.

Yes on screen there is miniscule difference in shade of red (black is same black), but when printed there is no difference.

The Double Dragon cover for GameBoy is labeled as Retail but it is a custom version based on the NES release.

Ok, please stop posting if a cover has "bad quality".  This isn't a "mistake" that is needed to be "fixed".  A "mistake" is a typo on "Teh Flintsnoes" or something equivalent.  Make a new thread or something named "Point out Covers that need Re-uploaded" or something if you want better cover quality.  This is not the thread to ask it on.  This is if a bar code is wrong, or the RARE logo was left on a Midway game, or something is misspelled, or the dimensions of the cover are off, etc.  NOT if the quality is up to standards.  So please stop!

In his defense I have to say though that he pointed out that it should be labeled custom not retail. ;D

I printed it out a few days ago and there was definitely a difference in colors. Not a very obvious difference, but a difference nonetheless. I'm not sure if my eyes are playing tricks on me or not, but I can tell you with certainty that the cover looks a bit faded. I haven't changed my printing methods or ink cartridges either. All the covers I printed after this one turned out fine.

 ???

No clue then.
When I printed it, it came out perfect. Just barely noticeable difference in red, and only if comparing side by side.

Name - "Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest"
Link - http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?cover_id=7504
Problem - On the back side of the cover (left side), under the description(yellow writing), the word Kong is misspelled as King, it says "Brand new KING family members and friends!"

Game, Super Mario RPG : Legend of the Seven Stars

Spelling mistake, Bottom half of the white writing description on the left. Powerful weapons, sinister spells and other usefu items. Useful is spelled wrong.
