Point out mistakes to be fixed

Strange.... What happened to my M&M cover? Worked perfectly when I uploaded it quite some time ago.

No I didn't. I know well that we shouldn't use special characters in our filenames. Just hover over the cover download button and you will see it's filename. ;)

ADD had & in the name so it had to be got alternate way.
But M&M is missing totally.
