Point out mistakes to be fixed

The Action Replay cover that was just uploaded has the wrong region on it. It's not from Canada, it's from the US.

Actually the error is more on classifying it as Retail. It is in fact a hybrid Custom cover with some French text for Canadian gamers.

While I agree with you that it should be custom instead of retail, there's still the problem of the region. It should the the US as the region, since it came from the US, not Canada.

Took a look at it... Could be because there's a "&" in the filename which our database doesn't like.....
Maybe snowcone can fix it we normal admins cannot....
