Been looking all over for this and cant seem to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Raw scans are welcome. Thank you in advance. |

Best I can recommend is to take the CGC version found here: http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?game_id=5186 and either narrow the spine or copy and paste the covers to a blank NES UGC template. The spine is black, so it should be easy enough, depending on whether you want the Nintendo logo on the upper spine or not. |
