REQUEST: Undercover Cops - Super Famicom and Super Nintendo - Retail UGC Format

I'm looking for a UGC formatted (horizontal) retail of Undercover Cops (Jap) or a custom (horizontal) of a US release (I'm aware there was never a US release).

I recently got a limited run game release of Undercover Cops and would like to place it in a UGC along with the rest of my SNES/SF games.

I have searched and found some nice custom ones (vertical) on the forum - but no horizontal or retail release types.
