The covers i am looking for are:

Pokemon white
Pokemon Black 2
Metroid Prime Hunters First hunt

Pretty sure "First Hunt" aka the demo that came with the original DS, never came with a case or cover, so it would have to be a custom.

From this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhviXJtbqx0 it looks like there where at least a version of the original DS that also came with the demo in its own cover. i've also seen the demo in that cover floating around on online shops multiple times.

Does it need to be PAL? the NTSC version is in the ds section...

yes, pal and ntsc unfortunatly use slightly different cases, so ntsc labels won't fit perfectly into pal cases. and i only have pal cases ://
