PC Retail - Final Fantasy 14 Realm Reborn/Heavensward Collector's Edition (PAL)

Hi there, I'm looking for scans of the covers for the PC versions of Final Fantasy XIV, specifically I'm wanting to find the covers for 'A Realm Reborn' and 'Heavensward' collector editions. If anyone has these, and preferably for the UK/PAL region, I would really appreciate it. I also believe these covers are double-sided as well.

If you have the other expansions too those would also be helpful, but it is mainly ARR and HW I am looking. Thank you very much for your time.

Trying to keep this thread current ever now and again on the off chance someone can help, I'm still looking for these covers unfortunately, so any help would be appreciated. Though I realise this is probably a long shot at this point.

All I have is the standard NTSC-U DVD cover for ARR with Van Baelsar on the cover. These are probably going to be very difficult to get ahold of since I feel like most people would probably opt for a digital download of FFXIV, and I honestly can't remember the last time I saw ANY hard copies of the game in meatspace which didn't require a limited-window-of-opportunity-preorder from Square Enix. I could be wrong, though.
