Request - Evolution 1 & 2 - Dreamcast - NA - Custom DVD Cover - Raws

I'm looking to see if anyone can make a custom cover for a standard DVD case but instead of being only for one of the game's I'd like it to be a collection style cover either titled "Evolution 1 & 2 Collection" or "Evolution Worlds" like the Gamecube version but using the Dreamcast game's title font.
One or two pictures from either game's back and a small description of both would be preferred if possible. If there are any question's feel free to respond here or through PM.
