Are you looking for... PS....1? As in Playstation 1? If so, I think the front cover is lenticular. Might be hard to scan. If someone has lost that glued on piece, then they might be able to help you out.

It is, but I still scanned my copy years ago for a request. It's in my scan thread (link in signature). Not sure what all can be done with it for the purpose of making a cover, but it's there.

Probably best bet would be if someone has/ can scan this version of the game. Simply removing the "special edition" text and replacing the Greatest Hits banner, one could recreate the original.
