DONE--Request -- Wisdom Tree Video Game Collection -- Sega NTSC

Looking for anything for this! I have found the NES version of the collection of Wisdom games just cant seem to find anything on the sega version.
Its one game with multiple titles on it.

My B, i can whip up some cases for them, just wondering if they're refering to to collection cart that collects all 5 games or if they're wanting a case for each
