Uploading Covers that aren't on here, but not requested.

Hi all,
I'm new on here but have used this valuable tool for years.
As I'm buying and selling games now (to fund and add to my own collection) I can't seem to upload a cover not on here unless it's in the drop down list? 
Is this just the way it is?  I was thinking it would be better to be able to add covers so people don't have to request them - Or am I missing something.

You just need to request that a certain game be added to the list and the mods will take care of it.  They have been responded to these requests very quickly. 

Just make sure you include the name exactly the way it should be copied in (spending, capital letters, etc.).  Also make sure you note which system it's for.

If you have a list of games to add, put them in separate rows below and leave out any dashes or hyphens so they can copy them in easily.

For example:
Super Mario Bros.
Super Mario Bros. 2
Super Mario Bros. 3

DON'T do this:
-  Super Mario Bros.
-  Super Mario Bros. 2
-  Super Mario Bros. 3

You can either tag along to someone's already created post (example: http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=29499.0) or create your own post (like this one).  The shorter the title is (similar to Add to the Main Site), the easier the admins can quick-glance and see it from the main page's recent posts list.

To add to TDIRunner's awesome explanation, try to indicate as well which console the games belong to

Tomb Raider

I don't think they need to be in ABC order, but it just makes life a ton easier.  You don't need to go back and edit the post after an admin has replied back with 'done', but striking them out probably helps as well.

Try to avoid adding new titles in with an old (already added list)
NES
Contra
Jaws
Klax
Metal Gear
Super Mario Bros. 3
Yo Noid!

That just makes it hard for the admins to copy paste.  There's really no guide.  Just make small, short lists and the awesome admins here will hook you up.
