A mod previously added the following name to the database, but uploading under the name fails with an error, can someone please re-add or check the name.

Hi there.  I have just tried to add the name again, but it seems to exist already, and not showing any problems with it.  We are not able to remove a game from the database, so we may need the site owner Snowcone to take a look to see what happened.
