I went to the list of "Playstation 4 Game Covers " but I get : no images available. For both Ragnarok and Vangard (PS4) :)

Because this thread is for asking for the title to be added to the database, not requesting covers (as per the title). If you are requesting a cover, make your own request in the request forum.
