First reason the cover is not on site is that creator has not submitted it.
Also I just checked the cover and there are few parts that are too out of norm to be accepted. Easy quick fixes though.

Ok gotcha. I'll request it like any other cover in a separate thread, but maybe the new creator/artist can use this as a starting point. Thanks!
