I've been trying to print a Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney cover, but it's far too small, so I decided to try it with Rhythm Heaven, and it was the same thing, why is that happening? the Width and Height were correct (3260x1370), I'm not too sure what's causing it. If needed I can send a picture of my print settings.

When printing is there an option that says "fit to page"?  That was something that i ran into in the past. You do NOT want that checked.
What program are you using?

I use GIMP, or paint, I heard paint was good so I just decided to try it, but most of the time I use GIMP, as far as I know though I did uncheck fit to page.

Are you printing on letter size paper? Or have you upped it to legal size?
Some covers will barely fit on a normal letter size piece of paper, however if margins are enabled that will shrink the image as well

I've tried both, legal looks a bit closer to fitting, but it's still too small

Might be minor difference in dot size the printer uses?
Try scaling to 101% or 102%

I'll try that, I'll get back to you on if it works or not

Try scaling to 101% or 102%

Unfortunately it didn't work, it just ended up being too big and got cut off a little bit.

So 100% is too small and 101% too big?
If I'm not mistaken widthwise that is difference of 33 pixels, so 10th of an inch or 2,5mm -> 1,25mm per side.
Heightwise even less.
We can't get more accurate.

101% was actually still too small, I had to take it up to 105% for it to fit, but by that point, it was too big for the page

Well I know what the issue is now, it's not that 105% is too big, when it's being printed it's being printed too far to the right, if I can get it actually centered on the page, it should be perfect, any idea how to do that?

Thanks for the replies everyone, in the end I couldn't get it fixed, I'll probably just end up taking it to Office Max or staples to get it printed thanks anyway!

Sounds like you might need Legal or A4 size paper.

Have you both centerings on (horizontal and vertical)?
If yes my next guess is that you are printing on to Legal paper but printer thinks you are using Letter (or vise versa?).
Make sure you have paper size correctly set on the printer.

I would try the larger paper too.  Sometimes a cover might be able to physically fit on a smaller piece of paper, but your printer might not have the ability to print that close to the edge.  If you use the larger paper, that issue should go away.

For example, I can print PS2 covers on letter size paper, but it barely fits.  A different printer might not be able to print that close to the edge, so even though a PS2 physically fits on letter size, some printers might require legal size to make it fit.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Using good ol' paint (rather than 'right click -> print') gives you these options instead:

Letter (normal) paper.  Please notice that the cover doesn't fit properly (even with margins as small as they can be)

Legal (longer) paper.

@Arseen mentioned it best.  How you are trying to print it right now, it's trying to attempt to print the entire page regardless of scale.  I don't know why Windows10 default print picture is like that, but it's stupid.

Hope this helps.
