GameBoy Player Disc Sleeve Art

Does anybody have scans, or a sleeve they can scan of the sleeve that goes around the GameBoy Player? I've searched the forums and it looks like a few people have looked for it in the past.

It’s a cardboard sleeve. There was no spine to scan!
