I do pretty much the same thing that Bear does, but with one more step. I purposely make my template slightly larger on the backside. The images aren't larger, just the overall black boarder. That way, when you cut out the front, of the image, if the back wasn't lined up 100% perfectly, you won't have any leftover white space. In order for this to work, the images still need to be lined up 99.9% correctly. This is best done by having the images centered on the page.
