Jewel Case Tray Double Sided Printing

When it comes to printing the illustrations for the tray I want to keep it neat and printed on one piece of paper. Given that I havent seen anything about double sided printing for the Back illustration to match up with the Inlay illustration. Does anyone have experience with this, are there templates or tutorials?

I've done this.  For me it was pretty much just flip the paper to the other side and feed it back though.  In my case it was lined up pretty close but you can do some testing.  When you print, you should have the option to do a draft print which will print a faded image so you can see how it will turn out but not use a bunch of ink.  You'll just have to see what your printer spits out and adjust accordingly.

I do pretty much the same thing that Bear does, but with one more step.  I purposely make my template slightly larger on the backside.  The images aren't larger, just the overall black boarder.  That way, when you cut out the front, of the image, if the back wasn't lined up 100% perfectly, you won't have any leftover white space.  In order for this to work, the images still need to be lined up 99.9% correctly.  This is best done by having the images centered on the page.
