Nah, it ain't.
Take any suitable cover, like this Halo one: http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?cover_id=15698
and you'll have lower one third basicly ready done.

Then add suitable pictures from the Google and/or Youtube video of the game and add the text copied from the internet.
