That is the NTSC cover, not the PAL cover as requested by OP. The PAL cover art is shown here: https://imgur.com/uCe4G0E. (I'm not sure whether or not this is the official box art or custom, but I have seen a few copies with this same art).

FWIW, I would also be interested in this cover if anyone can provide it.

I have been working on rebuilding this cover from scratch, based on that one image posted earlier.

It is not 100% identical, but close enough, I think.
