No, nobody has to provide covers the way you or any of us demand. If he wants to put his logo on his stuff, that is his prerogative.
You do not have to like it, but you also have no right to demand anything else from him. If people end up not using them because of it, then it is his time wasted, not yours. 
Then don't share. We host covers for free, that anyone can download and print. We are not looking for a profit, and we are not plastering our names on our covers. When fresh meat pulls up and basically to our faces says "sorry, lulz, you guys are idiots for not capitalizing on this opportunity", we are burned out and not in the mood. We don't mind custom covers, but if you can't even take the time to follow the simple gd rules, then why are you even posting.
But a lot of people seem to be fine with it. Enigma shares his custom Nintendo Switch covers over on Reddit. With his logo and without people complaining. (NintAndBox.net also puts their logo on every scan they host by the way. And they host retail scans, not custom covers.) So it is not unheard of...

Yeah, it would have made a better impression, if he had shared something, before promoting himself. But in general I do not have a problem with him selling his own stuff.
We don't care he sells covers. Nobody cares. No one here wants to buy them. Nobody wants to help him here (so that he can make a profit). Do you own thing bud, we don't care. We don't see Wiggy posting Jabba the Hutt on all of his custom covers that he sells thanks to the Earthbound debacle. You don't see Shenske watermarking every.single.NES.cover he has created and freely shared to the group. It's not something that we do, and it's not something we (as a community) want to move to. The covers are free. Download them, print them, $$$$$$, profit, we don't care. It's highly annoying when someone points out "lulz, I have access to the printer [from work], so why not use it for my gains?" *rolls eyes.

Um, what? BoubouV12 already posted a cover. He was trying to explain to enigmaxtreme that you should probably put the developer logo on there. He wasn't asking for a simplified Wiggy custom (which are awesome in their own artform), he was looking for a retail cover to print. If you can't take 2 seconds out of your day to remove a barcode that promotes your self-entitled side job, then are you really.. contributing here?
1: This site is for preservation of covers for older consoles, that and that we have very limited time to edit and fix covers, is why we "neglect" newer ones.
2: Shadowfox gives us also covers, not just takes. He also makes the best cases available and buys us raw material.
3: So far enigmaxtreme has shown covers done by himself but not sold any made by us, right?

And don't take it personally, when noboy answers your request. Unfortunately there are a lot more people asking for stuff, then there are people providing anything. So it is not unusual, that requests remain unfulfilled.
