I tested the printing in black to ensure that the color I can repeat the same steps. But when I slide it into the case and fold it, it gets all crumpled like it doesn't fit in smoothly even after cutting all the edges as much as possible.

How to make it fit easily on the case? I'm doing black and white for now so to save cost so that if it works out, then I do the color print out and I am using A4 size as well.

Looks like it's printing too big.  My best guess would be that instead of printing on legal paper at 100% size, it seems you are printing more at the size of "Zoom to Fit" or something?  Mind if you share your printing settings?

Sure

This is what I print it by default. Removed fit to frame checkbox and I print it in full page photo. There are no other settings added.

Nothing there indicating directly what is buggung, but two things might have solution.

First is that full page photo might strecht the image to be as big as possible.
What other options are there.

Second might be hiding under the options. Mind sharing what is under there.

We are looking something that says "Fit to page" ("Fit picture to frame" might be that) which must be off, and/or scaling which must be 100%.

Actually third possibility is that the cover has wrong dimension (I don't remember correct ones right now) or DPI (which should be 300, some rare ones have).
Check that in the properties or by opening it in Paint.

He is trying to print this cover that I made for him a while ago.
I believe the dimensions are correct. (They are 3260 x 1370 pixel at 300ppi or 27,6 x 11,6 cm.) :)

Yep seems to download correctly.

My quess at this point is the second option, where there is scaling option not set to 100%.

Using good ol' paint (rather than 'right click -> print') gives you these options instead:

Letter (normal) paper.  Please notice that the cover doesn't fit properly (even with margins as small as they can be)

Legal (longer) paper.

@Arseen mentioned it best.  How you are trying to print it right now, it's trying to attempt to print the entire page regardless of scale.  I don't know why Windows10 default print picture is like that, but it's stupid.

Hope this helps.

@ShoothimNow

He is using A4 paper which fits the cover, but for some reason it prints it too big.
But yeah printing thru Paint is good suggestion (I too always print thru it).
