Request - TurboGrafx-16 End Label Sticker Template

Hi,  Has anybody created a template for TurboGrafx-16 End Labels?  I've got 3 games I recently picked up in a game lot that have ripped off labels.  I'd like to print some stickers to replace them.

Specifically, Dragon's Curse, tale Spin, and Neutopia II

The End Label Artwork seems pretty straightforward, but if something exists I'd like to just use that.  If not, I might be tempted to create something myself.

There might be a template around here somewhere but I have a few finished ones you could use.  Just need to change the color to match what you need.  I forgot the font for the black bar one but it's a common one (like Arial or something).  The Orange bar uses a more specific font that you will have to do some searching for.
