Where to find Japanese Saturn CD art?

SegaRetro.org is probably your best bet.

If you don't want to hunt through all of that (2400+), it's a wiki, so just search for the game you want and find the "Physical scans" section on its page.

Thanks, I definitely will look through these. Seems their site is having issues currently though.
