specific ds cover problem - FFV

this one:

shows up very large (maybe 200%?) in the picture shown in page setup in MS Paint (XP). (because of this i did not try printing) I've tried saving it as a BMP but doesn't change the behavior. Also tried re-downloading. I was able to print a bunch fine, so far this is the only one to do this. Anyone know what is causing this?

I fixed it, it was setup as 72 dpi instead of the normal 300 dpi.
