Cadence of Hyrule - Switch - NA or JPN - Raws

Would anyone be so kind as to scan the Cadence of Hyrule inlay? Since the PAL version didn't come with one, I'd like to print one for myself.

Just checked Youtube and inlay pretty much the same as cover except spine and back are just solid dark color and front has all logos removed.

Here are two quick mock ups that are usable.

The first one has those white bands on the bottom and top so be careful when cutting.
