The fourth disc came in a paper sleeve in PAL regions as well by the way....

They must have released two different versions of it, because like I said, mine's a double-wide case with two flaps holding the four discs. As are all the copies I've seen in stores here. Surely it isn't an Australia [and New Zealand?] only thing?

Also, thanks for the info, AppleQueso. I suppose eBay would be the best place to find it?

I think I could risk to say that your version is an AUS/NZ only thing because sometime the PALs in your country differ from the european PAL versions.... Afaik all PAL versions in europe came with the ugly paper sleeve fourth disc....
2 + 3 = 23

Don't forget that Blue Dragon also came in a single-disc case, when it clearly has 3 discs.

Do you just mean single-width, or actually single-disc? Because my AUS PAL version has a single-width case, but it has a two-disc flap so all three discs fit.

if they kept the "well Box" as they seem to call them and added just 1 sleeve/flap to accommodate 1 disc, It would have worked.

Im looking to use the original artwork on an actual xbox 360 green case, but alter it if I have to to accommodate all 4 discs comfortably.

What was the bonus pre-order disc with Dawn of Mana?

It was a CD that had a few songs from the game called "Breath of MANA". The cd itself looks cool too.
Because it only contains a couple songs 50% of the disc is clear. I bought mine off of eBay.

Did you get the game used?

I did, however this seems to be the way North America got their Lost Odyssey games.

Sure, you can snag it for like $3 there.
