I have a HP, wondering how many prints I will roughly get from a full ink cart?

If you look up the ink cartridge you use and its claimed page yield, you can probably assume about 5-10% of that figure. (The page yields are 5-10% coverage, covers are closer to 100%)

Depends on cartridge size, paper used, print quality...
20-50 maybe.

So I would be looking at 33ish $$ vs. staples for the job, I need at least 50 covers printed. Thanks for the replies so far, I appreciate it!

I would not use full gloss photo paper as it is too shiny and absorbs ink like crazy.
Semi-gloss photopaper max, or nice sturdy brochure type paper.
