This isn't a request (yet), so I'm putting it in general discussion.  Has anyone made covers for any of the adapters available for the Analogue Mega Sg?

There are four adapters for the Mega Sg:
Sega Master System (comes with the Sg)
  Sega Game Gear
  Sega MyCard
  Sega Mark III/SG1000

The way I see it, there are 3 options for how the covers could be made.

Option 1:  Each adapter gets a cover based on the system it plays for.  The Master System and MyCard would use Master System templates, the Mark III would get the its own template and the Game Gear would use the game gear template (although it might not fit in the case)

Option 2:  Since each of these adapters are used in the Mega Sg and the Mega Sg is a Genesis clone system, all four adapters could just use Genesis templates.

Option 3:  The Mega Sg could be considered it's own system and a new template could be created just for this system.

Anyway, I was curious if anyone else has thought about this, or if anyone else has created covers for these adapters, and if you did, which method did you go with?

Edit:  My preference is option 2 with one case/cover per adapter.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Have not been done, but good idea.
I vote option 2.

Desicion 2: One per case, two per case (Master System and MyCard & Mark III and Game Gear) or find case that holds all four.

I meant to say in my original post that I prefer option 2 as well.

I say one cover and case for each adapter.  The adapters are close to the size of a game, so they might as well each get their own case.  That's what I'm thinking anyway.

Also worth noting that the Analogue Pocket will have one adapter (Sega Game Gear) available at launch and 2 planned down the road (Atari Lynx and Neo Geo Pocket Color).  I plan to get all of them, so I will be interested in making covers for those as well.  Which ever option we go with for the Mega Sg, I plan to follow with the Pocket.  For example, I consider the Pocket to be a Game Boy clone, so I would plan on all three adapters using a Game Boy Template (assuming option 2 is what we go with).

Bumping my old thread.

I'm curious if anyone else has worked on anything like this.  I don't mind trying to make my own covers, but if anyone has a template worked up for the Analogue systems, I would love to start working with that rather than making my own from scratch as I'm sure anything I come up with will be a lower quality.

Has anyone cased their Analogue adapters using any type of method?  I'm mostly just looking for ideas right now.

Thanks.
