| Universal Game Cases Discontinued? |

Hey guys, I thought I would share this here. I ordered some Universal Game Cases from MediaShelving awhile ago. But then, I received a message from Mark S. from MediaShelving stating that the cases have actually been discontinued and that refunds for existing orders of cases were going out. cosmickatamari from RetroRGB also received this message. Here is a link to their post. https://www.retrorgb.com/rip-universal-game-cases.html I’m sure this may have to do with the current world situation, but I don’t want to jump to conclusions. It really stinks, but what can ya do? I’m kinda surprised more people don’t use them. They have been so helpful in my collection, and I can have nice artwork (thanks to this site) without having to shell out more money for the original box. As of this writing, I cannot find any other outlet that has them in stock. I hope they come back some time after the pandemic, but I’m not too sure about it. Anyway, just thought I’d post this here since I didn’t see it elsewhere on the forums, and I’m sure a lot of us are looking for more cases for more carts. |

We know. Luckily one of our members does Custom Game Cases which are superior. Same size as UGC but 5mm wider at spine so even thick manuals fit. |
