Grumbleduke:

Its only recently that Game Station stopped taking PS1 games. I had picked up quite a few, especially when they were doing BOGOF. Right up until they stopped, they had a used PS1 'X-Com :Enemy Unknown', a game i had sold on in times of need and regreted doing so. That was going at a pricey £29.99 (about $49) but had been there a while and i was hoping it would drop in price. Then all PS games disapeared and none of the staff seemed to know where they had shipped out to...although one of them thought they may have been destroyed as the Megadrive/SNES carts etc  had been when they stopped selling them. I really hope thats not the case...it would have been better to give them away than do that surely.

Mr.Ben:

actually, gamestation allocated 1 store in each area (not sure quite how big these 'areas' are) as a 'retro' store, and they're the ones stocking all the cartridge systems and ps1 games etc.
