About Submitting Covers

I discovered this website recently and found some covers that I could submit. When I try to upload a cover, I get a page that says "Uploads are offline for the moment". Have uploads been offline for only a bit or has this been happening for a while? From what I've seen on the website, it doesn't seem like it is very active (excluding the forum).

Yeah uploads are down and will probably be for a while.
But yes all activity is on the boards.

But we have great way of distributing the covers:
Upload to Mediafire or Box & link the upload to the board in to suitable topic (old or new).

I'm thinking of compiling topics that host covers by console.
But that has to wait a bit as I am currently swamped with my renovation.
