I got the image for the game I want and to test it, I print it black and white and cut the borders so I can slide it in. But as soon as I close the case, the front and back don't appear smoothly and get crumpled and wrinkled.

I don't know what wrong I'm doing here. It's in A4 size and its based on the measurements.

You might have fit to page option on. Turn that off.
If that is not the case try printing at 99% or 98% scale as printer vary a bit in print width.

Since it was a test image in black and white anyway, try seeing how much you need to cut off on each side in order to get it to fit correctly.  I'm guessing it will only be a mm or two.  If that's the case, just follow Arseen's directions.  Look for a "properties" button when you go to print.  Make sure you aren't using a "quick print" or something like that because some programs offer a "quick print" that doesn't give you a chance to change any properties.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Depends on the printer and software. But it’s likely going to be found within “page setup”.
