I've been looking for all US covers. Mostly looking for just covers doesn't matter if it's regular or custom, i'm anyway just using them for my collection. Here are the games that I wanted covers for on the 3ds. Pokemon moon, Pokemon Y, and Pokemon Omega ruby (I use ds cases with gba slots for these games). For the ds games I have Pokemon ranger guardian signs, spore hero arena, club penguin herberts revenge, boulder dash rush, build a bear, zhu zhu 2 wild bunch, club penguin elite penguin force, my sims kingdom, squeeballs party (ds not wii), up, cats and dogs the revenge of kitty galore, ben 10 alien force, let's draw, rayman raving rabbits. Some of these games are very obsecure, but some of them are super cool! If anyones able to help me out i'd be very happy. Thank you! (Looking for US ds/3ds game covers, custom or retail, for my own collection so either works).

Just wanted to put it in one instead of multiple. Hope it's not too big. Let me know if you have any questions

Hey dude, welcome to the site.  One Requests with multiple games is highly welcomed instead of singular posts.  My only suggestion is to

list
them
out
on
individual
lines

so that it is easier to read.

Hey mate, I have a few of the covers you are looking for. However, I have no experience with photo editing. Is is possible I could send you raw scans and you could resize them? If not, I'll do the best that I can. Also, what's the dpi and format (png, jpg, pdf?) for scans? Let me know what works best for you. I would love it if you could upload the finals back to the thread if you do edit them properly, and at some point upload them back to the official site when submissions opens back up.

I have (all retail):
Pokemon Moon
Pokemon Y
Pokemon Omega Ruby
Herbert's Revenge
Elite Penguin Force

Sincerely,

Dan

I completely forgot about this. Thank you so much for your reply. I actually use the thicker ds cases with a gba slot for my 3ds and ds games.  Here are the sizes
from a website I found. There's various ways you can do it doesn't matter to me. I could try to format it, but I'm also not the best at it.

Scan in the front, back, and side of your GBA box into 3 different images at 300dpi.

Trim off the edges of the each of the scanned images. This is to remove any worn edges of the box.

Resize the front and back of the boxes to 1535×1370.

Clean up the scanned image of the side of the box as this image will be used for the spine of the cover.

Resize the spine to 190×1370 and paste the GBA Spine Logo into the image and align it to the very top. Shift your spine image (game logo) around until it looks good. This is a subjective thing and takes a little tweaking.

Create an image that is 3260×1370 and copy and paste the previous 3 images into it and align them end to end. Save it with a quality of 10 to 12 and you are done.
Here are the dimensions required to print a Nintendo DS cover courtesy of The Cover Project:

Front and Back length x height: 1535px(5.117″) x 1370px(4.567″).

Spine (middle area) length x height: 190px(0.633″) x 1370px(4.567″).

Ritz,

I am not using GBA boxes, but instead the RETAIL case, meaning DS game boxes (both CP games) will be (from one end of cover to the other) 3260px (10.867 in) by 1370px (4.567 in). I will scan at those sizes as that is the proper size for DS cases. I do not know what you mean by scanning GBA cases and adding a GBA header. These are DS games that I have. For 3ds, I will scan them in their proper size (around 11in by 4.56in). You can stretch the spine to fit DS cases if you would like, but it would be easier to just use the skinnier 3ds cases. If you want to just pull the scan altogether and not worry about the negligible size difference on the spine, that is perfectly fine as well. Moral of this reply is: I will scan all cases in their correct size. While I thank you for the help clarifying GBA boxes, I neither own any nor have any requests from you to scan any. If you want to resize my 3ds cases, you may, but I will be uploading them at their size to fit standard 3ds cases, which have ever so slightly smaller spines. I will post a MediaFire link in a minute with an image of these spines. If all is cleared up within our next few replies on if those parameters above will work, I'll begin scanning and will have a MediaFire link by the next day. Thanks for your cooperation! I also apologize for the late replies, but I'm away from my home email most of the time during the day.

Sincerely,

Dan

I misread your message. I'm completely fine with the retail cases. And I should be able to resize them. Just upload the raws and i'll see what I can do

I'm gonna use the gba format myself  for the retail cases most likely if they don't fit well. I think the should be fine though. I've tested it with super smash brothers and etc.

So no worries there. Do what you can. I anway just use the cover art project for my loose games anway so it doesn't need to be perfect at all. Also is uploading the scans for others legal. I've never quite understood the legallity of it.

Ritz,

If you edit them, post them back onto this thread. I'll put them back onto my MediaFire if you would be ok with that. I can also edit them myself, they just probably won't be up to standards of the site. If not, I'll have correctly sized raws that you can quickly save and print and will be ready for editing by someone in the future.

Thanks,

Dan
