Hey dude, welcome to TCP! There are some covers hosted on this site that were before any quality assurance was put into place (mind you, please take into account of scanners 15 years ago as well and how poorly they scanned). From what I can gather, uploading is currently broken, but what you would be providing right now would be RAW scans (like raw, uncooked meat). To upload and host them to the site, they would need to be meticulously cleaned via Photoshop, which then the Admins / Mods here will overview and accept/reject. There are unfortunately way too many covers being submitted at one time and far too little (freelance / not paid) administrators on here that they unfortunately cannot critique privately why a cover was rejected.
That said, for RAW scans (as they won't be hosted here), Mediafire, box.com, other hosting platforms would work great into getting the cover out there for people to attempt to clean up. Also, thanks in advance for the contributions, it's awesome to have someone so new already contributing. Every little bit helps!
